Bobby G. Deaver


bobbydeaverBobby G. Deaver graduated from the University of North Carolina School of Law in 1963. Prior to receiving his B.S. from UNC in 1957, Bobby served in the U.S. Army from 1952 - 1955. A combat-wounded Korean War veteran, Bobby was a member of the 3rd Infantry Division.

He has been practicing law for approximately 45 years in Cumberland and Ashe Counties, and is admitted to the bars of all North Carolina State and Federal Courts, the U.S. Court of Appeals 4th Circuit, the U.S. Court of Appeals 11th Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.

Bobby currently resides in West Jefferson, NC with his wife of more than 50 years, where they enjoy spending time with their 5 children and 9 grandchildren.
